Can I bring my own drinks and food?
Yes, of course. You can bring your own food and drinks to celebrate a birthday or corporate event. Alcohol and hookah are prohibited.

Will there be an instructor if we come with children?
Yes, of course. The administrator is always on hand to monitor the gameplay and assist if needed.

Can we have a birthday party or corporate event?
Yes, of course. At the Another World arena, you can host birthday parties, corporate events, New Year's Eve celebrations, and children's graduation parties.

What should I wear to the game?
Any comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, including bending and crouching, is suitable. We also recommend bringing socks as you will need to play barefoot in the arena.

Are there any contraindications to the game?
We do not recommend the game for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, or hypersensitivity to light and sound effects. Playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs is also strictly prohibited!

Can we take photos at the arena?
Yes, absolutely! We take a group photo for everyone before each game as a keepsake. You are also free to take your own photos in the non-playing area or ask the administrators to record a video of you playing!

How many people can play at the same time?
A maximum of 20 people can play simultaneously in a single game session at the arena.

How can I gift someone a game at the Another World arena?
We offer gift certificates. You can choose a plastic card certificate or an electronic version.

How many games can I try in one session?
We offer games of varying lengths. The number of games you try in one session does not affect the price. On average, our guests can play 1-2 games in one session.

What to do if more people arrive than booked?
If more players arrive than booked, you can split the session and play in turns. While some are playing, others can spend time in the lounge zone.

Do you disinfect the equipment?
Yes, of course. We disinfect the equipment after each game session.

What is the minimum number of guests for a party?
A minimum of 5 players is required.

Can I get a refund if some players do not attend?
We advise you to book the number of players you are certain of for now. You can add more players closer to your party date, provided there are spaces available. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for no-shows.

Can I book additional food on the day?
Yes — but please give us plenty of notice to accommodate any special dietary needs or additional food requests for your party

What if someone in the party doesn't want to take part in the VR games?
No problem at all! We have a PS5 available for use, and screens where guests can relax and watch the VR gameplay unfold.

Do I need to bring my decorations?
Our private party room comes with simple balloon decorations, seating, and tables are provided. Feel free to bring extra decorations like number balloons to add to the fun! - View our Party room here

What is included in the drawstring bags?
The birthday celebrant gets a VR-themed T-shirt. All guests receive a Another World VR themed drawstring bag, perfect for holding party favours, goodies, and take-home treats. What if I have a bigger group above 15?
We can host large groups in extended time slots, this awesome party had 30+ guests and even brought a magician to keep the kids entertained between games, so everyone could eat and celebrate together afterwards! - View this experience here

Can I pay a deposit now and the remaining later?
Yes, you can. We require a deposit equivalent to 5 players minimum to secure a party booking.

Cancellation Policy
14+ days: 75% refund or reschedule, 7–14 days: 50% refund or reschedule. Less than 7 days: No refund, but we’ll try to reschedule

What meal comes with the food option?
Main options: ( Margherita & Pepperoni pizzas ). Sides options: ( Wedges , Chicken nuggets & Chicken wings). Sizes: a. 12" (serves 2–3 people), b. 14" (serves 3–4 people), c. 18" (serves 5–6 people)
